Capacity & Manpower to
Facilitate Large Production Runs

TIG & MIG Welding

Included in our full service production process is TIG, MIG, and Resistance welding. This department is positioned in the heart of our main production facility allowing for efficient flow of materials for welding assembly. We offer the capacity and manpower to facilitate large production runs and large weld assemblies.

Our equipment layout is set up to reduce time finishing and increase time welding. With pulse welding machines, we produce better quality and offer solutions to difficult top coat applications induced by welding. Our experience is an asset that simply cannot be matched by our competition.

Each of our welders are Hayes certified in the 3/8ths vertical up position and have proven their skills and commitment to quality over their years with Bert R. Huncilman & Son. Our welding department is positioned to accommodate growth and capacity in the coming years.
